Type II - Glass-clad plastic "sandwich" construction - consists of two or more glass outer layers
bonded to a plastic inner core.
Type III - All plastic laminated construction.
Type IV - All glass laminated construction.
6.4 Related standards. Advanced glass/plastic vision blocks have been fabricated for military fighting vehicles
